After your order is received, we will start processing it immediately. Orders successfully processed before 16:30 CET will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in The Netherlands. All our packages are shipped via DPD and delivered Monday through Friday.
Shipping within the EU is free for orders over GBP 90; otherwise it's GBP 4.49 per order.

Depending on your location, you can expect your products to be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
We currently ship directly to addresses in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Unfortunately the Channel Islands, Malta, Madeira, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, La Reunion Islands and Mayotte) and the Canary Islands are outside our shipping region. We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship any orders PO boxes, our apologies.
If you are not home to receive your packages, DPD will leave a card in your mailbox so you can arrange a new delivery yourself. DPD does not deliver to neighbors. If you don’t schedule a new appointment, a new attempt will be made the next working day.
When you are not at home for the 2nd delivery attempt, DPD will leave another card in your mailbox for you to arrange a new delivery. If they don’t receive instructions from your side within 6 working days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Yes! After placing your order, it will be processed by our warehouse. As soon as you order leaves our warehouse you can track your shipment via My Account. If you do not have an account, you can use the TRACK link from the shipping-confirmation email. This link will send you to the DPD website.
