Emerica online customer service will be closed Thursday 11/28/2019 with limited hours on Friday 11/29/2019. We will also be closed 12/25/2019 and 12/31/2019 - 1/1/2020. If no one is available to answer at that time please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible. You will be able to place orders but please note orders WILL NOT ship until our warehouse returns to work from the holiday. Please take this into consideration if you are planning on ordering something with expedited shipping.
We will be accepting returns for Christmas orders up until January 31st.

As of Monday, 12/9/2019, we can no longer guarantee that FedEx SmartPost orders will arrive by Christmas. Orders placed before 9 PM (PST) on Sunday 12/8/2019 will leave our warehouse by Monday 12/9/2019, but we cannot guarantee FedEx will deliver on time due to their busy holiday schedule. Please order as early as possible for Christmas gifts! Orders placed during Christmas and New Years will not ship until our warehouse opens back up from the holiday break.
We expect shipping to resume as soon as January 2nd. We ask that you use expedited shipping methods carefully during this holiday time as the expectations may not be met. We apologize for the inconvenience.
